Shop Supervisor / Foreman
$90,000 – $120,000 per year
Overseeing day-to-day operations. Provide leadership and uphold high-quality service and safety standards.

Heavy-Duty Mechanic *Red Seal
$48-$60/hr with a Red Seal Certification
Inspect, repair, maintain and over-hall locomotives, passenger cars, freight cars and related mechanical systems.

Heavy-Duty Rail Mechanic
$37-$45/hr based on experience
Assist with the over-halling, maintenance and repairs of locomotives, passenger cars and related mechanical systems.

Certified Structural Welder
$45-$55/hr based on experience
Performing high-quality structural welding and fabrication work on rail vehicles, components, and heavy steel assemblies.

Certified Electrician
$45-$55/hr based on experience
Inspect, install, maintain, repair and troubleshooting electrical systems on locomotives and railcars.

Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator
$50,000 – $75,000/yr based on experience
Manages the receipt, storage, tracking, and issuance of materials, parts, and equipment required for shop operations.
