Only SPS employees access your personal information and are fully aware of SPS’ privacy policies. SPS does not sell this information to any group or company outside of SPS.  It can, however, with your permission, share applicant information with a third party at SPS’ sole discretion if you are responding to a job posting. We do not send your resume to any party without your consent to do so.

Employee Contact and Payroll Information

If a candidate is hired by SPS as a temporary worker, then SPS will collect all of the information required by law and our payroll service so that we may legally pay that employee.   This includes legal name, address, contact information, social insurance number, work permit details and bank information.   SPS takes considerable care and security measures to ensure that this information is stored safely for as long as it is required by law.   The name and phone number of an employee who consents to be scheduled as a temporary worker may be shared with WPS clients when they book that employee for a shift for communication and safety purposes.  We do not share your personal information with any other parties without your consent to do so.

For example, if you list references on your resume, we will not seek additional permission before checking with these individuals.
