Seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join the team at BC Electrical in North/ West Vancouver.   The ideal candidate is a skilled journeyman with a minimum of 3 years experience, and the ability to assist with some new projects starting ASAP in the North Vancouver area.

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.   The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail.  Apply today!

About the Role, Benefits & Perks:

  • Full-time, year round.
  • North & West Vancouver area.
  • $35-$48 per hour, based on experience.
  • Need to be able to supply your own hand tools.
  • Currently completing a job in North Vancouver area.

The Perfect Candidate: 

  • Candidate must be skilled and confident in abilities.
  • Valid electrician license or certification.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
  • Ability to use electrical tools and equipment effectively.
  • Good physical condition and stamina for performing manual labour.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Have good command of the English language, presentable and capable of speaking with clients.
  • Reliable transportation and a good attitude!

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
  • Inspect electrical components to identify issues and troubleshoot faults.
  • Test electrical systems and conduct performance reviews to ensure functionality.
  • Read blueprints, technical diagrams, and wiring schematics.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working with electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout projects.
