Our client is seeking an upbeat, reliable and motivated team player to cover the front desk needs during weekends at their fitness facility in Squamish. Ideally suited for someone with customer service experience, who loves physical fitness and the health industry.
About the Role:
- Flexible, part time hours.
- Weekend cover.
- Compensation based on experience.
The Perfect Candidate:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good organisation and computer skills.
- Passionate about physical fitness and health.
- Must be able to lift up to 60lbs.
- Food Safe Level 1, or willing to obtain.
Responsibilities Include:
- Opening and/or closing the gym
- Answering all inquiries as needed
- Provide surveillance of the front door and retail area of the facility
- Register all members and guests into the gym using proper registration procedures
- Process all retail and membership sales
- Operation of smoothie bar
- Clean and maintain the facility according to standards
