A global leader in foot comfort, ski boot fitting, and performance solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to support the Finance & Administration Manager with day-to-day accounting functions, month-end processes, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting or bookkeeping experience who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and maintaining accurate financial records.

The Perfect Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or accounting support experience.
- Accounting diploma, certificate, or related post-secondary education preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.
- Experience supporting month-end accounting processes.
- Microsoft Office with Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare balance sheet and general ledger account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals, prepaids, and fixed asset schedules.
- Review accounts payable transactions and employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with financial reporting, working papers, and audit support documentation.
- Support day-to-day accounting operations and contribute to process improvements and efficiencies.
