To help a little with the rising costs of housing, once any temp employee successfully completes 75 shifts this season they will be awarded a BONUS of $500. This is on top of the higher Hero Wages that they qualify for after 20 shifts.

We will be REWARDING our temp employees on our crew who have completed at least 10 shifts with us this season with some great prizes – and there are several ways to win. The more shifts you work, the better your chances of WINNING will be!

- Awarded to the employee who successfully completes the MOST number of shifts between Dec 1, 2022 and Jan 10, 2023.
- HOLIDAY HERO: $500 CASH PRIZE DRAW
- Each shift you work between Dec 1, 2022 and Jan 10, 2023 gets you 1 ballot in our employee the draw at the end of the Holiday season.
- CHOICE OF ELECTRIC BIKE OR $1000 CASH PRIZE DRAW
- Each shift you work between Dec 1, 2022 and April 30, 2023 gets you 1 ballot in our employee draw at the end of the winter season.
