A local Squamish dental clinic that has served the community for over 40 years is looking for an organized and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join their professional team. About the Role, Benefits & Perks:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule.

The Perfect Candidate:
- 1 to 2 years experience in a similar role within a health/dental office is preferred.
- Professional, friendly and personable with expectational customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with good time management skills; able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, client management and payment processing software.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering phone calls
- Triaging patients.
- Booking and confirmation of appointments.
- Management of scheduler.
- Billing of patients and insurance.
- Coordination with other practitioners.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness.
